Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times

We ship worldwide with tracked shipping. Delivery is estimated within 7–15 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs and import duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at fruitrice87@gmail.com, and we will investigate for you.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at fruitrice87@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will resolve the issue for you.
