SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates vary by destination. The exact rate for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so you always know the full amount before placing your order.

Free shipping may be offered from time to time as a promotion. When it is available, it is applied automatically at checkout — the discount line will appear in your order summary before you pay. If you have a free shipping code, enter it in the checkout discount field. Promotional shipping terms may change without notice, and we will always show the current offer at checkout.

Shipping and delivery times

All orders ship from our warehouse in New York, New York, USA. We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only — we do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days of being placed. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at migoobeauty@gmail.com and we will investigate for you.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at migoobeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will resolve the issue for you.
